Bless me, Blogland, it's been way too long since I last posted. Now, I could try to tell ya'all how much I had to do after getting my computer back, and that it's a busy season at work... but you have your own hectic lives and most of you still post more often than I do!
As mentioned in previous posts, I tend to be a bit of a schizophrenic collector, bouncing from one thing to another. I don't..can't.. really focus on just 1 or 2 things to collect. I love birds. That is evident throughout my (small but charming) house. Fortunately my husband doesn't seem to mind the birds like he does the chairs. Maybe because he doesn't have to move them to get into a dresser, and certainly doesn't dust! I apparently have several tropical ceramic birds, and they like to get out as it gets warmer. Maybe I yearn for warmer climates, with glorious beaches and swaying palms. And surfers. I don't think so; but maybe. Sometimes would be nice.
Oh, and these McCoy flower vases, filled with paper umbrellas. I seem to have several of these too. Says 'Springtime' to me! Pass me a Mojito, baby. I'm ready.

We long for Spring and the birds...I too am a bird lover and would love to own a rescued parrot, but as a soap maker, my house is filled with scent continually(sucks to be me)so having a bird is out of the question...so I surround myself with images...and that's OK!
Thanks for stoppin' by...sharon

I love your birds! I collect birds, and you have some really beautiful examples.
We love birds in our house - #1 has a parrot and I love this time of year as every time the windows are open, their songs drift into the house~
Thanks for stopping by - and your very very sweet compliments.
Hope to see you soon,
xx
