Ok, I am just going to blurt this out...I am in complete awe of you bloggers who post daily, and who take part in all these fabulous blogging events like White Wednesday and Vintage Black Friday. I am struggling sometimes to get in a couple of posts a week! And yet, somehow, there is this supportive group of bloggers who have become my followers! I am so appreciative, and vow to work harder to earn the support you so freely give! I think it is the photo part that holds me up a bit. I really may take a class, or buy an SLR camera, or both! My booth at Catty Wampus is in a bit of transition as Kelly Jongenburger, the owner, works to make room for an enormous Christmas tree. I thought I'd share a few of the items for sale in the shop.
There are two of the mid-century chairs (to the right of tall cabinet). Below is a great leather children's chair that currently belongs to Ilona Steelhammer.

Fall is a busy time for me at my other 'job', so I'm hunting for items that are ready to go with minimum effort, like this trunk. What a great coffee table it would make. The french birdcage was an incredible find. I can't get over what a good match the colors are.

This is a fantastic old dairy sign (below). I love that little red crown, and the blue looks much better in person. Interested in any of these items? Can't wait to make them yours? Then baby! my work here is done! Contact Kelly at Catty Wampus; 360-807-1244, everyday except Tuesday, between 10am and 6pm.

I think you're too hard on yourself--your photos have great composition, and your writing is like speaking with you in person . . . what a gift you have! Good job--keep on keeping on, Susan!

Hugs,

Debi (love the trunk!)

Hey, I especially love that bird cage and trunk - some really nice things! About the camera...it seems that the Canon Power Shot SX10 is a favorite by many. It's not cheap - $400, but the zoom is incredible! Also, I have blogged since about Jan., and am down to only 1 post a week, so don't feel bad. I added my name as a follower to your blog! Linda

Well I feel like a big old jerk because I honestly thought I was following you until just tonight. I pop over here so often, I don't know how I missed signing up. Problem solved, I'm a follower now!
Love your stuff, especially the trunk and the birdcage.
Hugs,
Anne

Boy I am with you. I never post as often as I want or intend to. How those daily posters do I never know. But I am sure glad they do! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I may even do a post this week!

Hello Aurora Suzette (what a lovely name)! I have to agree with you 100 percent regarding those awe-inspiring daily bloggers!! I do not know how they do such wonders so consistently. Speaking of wonders... what amazingly, lovely treasures you found!! I do believe there's a sort of magic to treasure hunting (i.e. thrifting and yard saling). I love, love, love your blog!
Warmly,
Tracey xo
